Unable to update firmware nas is constantly crashing

I'm on firmware 6.5.1 been prompted to update to 6.5.2 many times but each time i try it fail which would require me to pool the plug and plug it back in.

But more importantly, I seem to have to power cycle the NAS every day. My files are mostly accessible but would still constantly act weird like files not available although I can see the mapped drives. The frontview would not load, if I leave it alone it would eventually come back then go away. It's very erratic. Would really appreciate some guidance on how to get to the bottom of this. I still have 2tb free of the 9tb in there. Also my fan 3 is showing to have failed but I've confirmed that it's spinning just fine.
