Unexpected enclosure status detected

This looks like a chassis fault. Can you open a support ticket, details below.
Can you attach NAS logs, (Status > Logs > Download all logs ),
for Tech Support analysis.
You may be able to recalibrate Temp reading, under Volume settings.
