The SMART logs indicate the firmware on the drive. To get the SMART log download all logs from 'Status -> Logs -> Download All Logs'. In order to upgrade the firmware on the drive you will have to remove the drive. Make sure you read the instructions carefully as most drive firmware upgrades are data destructive. If you have no other drives to replace them with you can do them one at a time and sycn when done. However this may leave your data vulnerable, depending on the redundancy.
