USB Drives connact then disconnact
HI All Just need abit of help Readynas RN102 Fireware 6.8 I have 3 x 2tb usb Drives added to this nas.
Right here gose USB_HDD_1 << within 3Sec it's connact then disconnact USB_HDD_2 << Within 2-3 min then same connact then disconnact USB_HDD_4 5-8 Mins the same
when moving data from usb1 to usb4 drops out move data from usb1 to 2 it with untill the files are copyed then drops out
its like this for all the drives. So ive defrag them scan for errors ive defrag MFT ive add them to my Readynas RN312 works sound on that server i've backed up all the data I need and I've unformated the 2 drive in the server now going to start re-installing it all.
Not if i get the same i will get the same where do i go from here and would Netgear Readynas Team have a look in to this for me please

Did these disks work fine previously or did you just try them after updating to 6.8?
Do the USB disks have their own external power supply?

Worked ok untill i update to Frimware 6.8 all on own power and over the last few days on my Readynas RN-312 my Toshiba Usb 4tb Drive keeps going in to sleep / power down mode when you ask for a file is doesn't come back online you have to unplug the usb and plug it back in
Netgeat needs to add a option to usb hdd to sleep or not
