USB EXT2/3/4 format from Frontview on ARM

It would be nice if the user could set the rsync time-window to 1 second on the backup job. Granted this should not be the default, since it is possible for file to be modified twice within a second. However, if the backups are generally done off-hours, then the odds are pretty small.
