User not able to connect to the home folder

My NAS is sync with the Active Directory. 

 

One of the user is have issue that he can not view the home folder. It ask for the credentials I used his domain credentials and it give permission error. This issue start occurring today and till yesterday the folder was accessible. 

There was no changes made on the NAS. Already reboot the NAS but still issue remain the same
