V3_3 power is out of normal range

This is clogging the log of my ReadyNas Ultra 4 plus:

Fri Nov 8 07:16:04 CET 2013 V3_3 power is out of normal range [expected: 3.30 current: 3.01].
Fri Nov 8 07:15:38 CET 2013 V3_3 power is out of normal range [expected: 3.30 current: 2.99].
Fri Nov 8 07:15:11 CET 2013 V3_3 power is out of normal range [expected: 3.30 current: 3.01].
Fri Nov 8 07:14:45 CET 2013 V3_3 power is out of normal range [expected: 3.30 current: 3.01].
Fri Nov 8 07:14:19 CET 2013 V3_3 power is out of normal range [expected: 3.30 current: 3.01].
Fri Nov 8 07:13:31 CET 2013 V3_3 power is out of normal range [expected: 3.30 current: 3.01].

and so on...

What does this mean? What can I do to prevent it?

    It means the power is out of spec. You might need a new supply - it the unit still in warranty? (typically 3 years for an ultra).
