Volume degraded Readynas 214 disk 2

after resyncing it show that the disk chanel 2 changed state from resync to online in the warnings for that it says volume data health changed from degraded to redunant

That's a good sign, but you still need to find out why it needed to re-sync in the first place. You may have a failing drive. On the System/Performance page of the GUI, hovering over the dot associated with each drive brings up a SMART summary. Or, download the logs and look at disk_info.log.
