W10 network locations ReadyNAS icon contents incorrect

I have installed a new RN424. As part of the procecess, I renamed, deleted, and added shares. However, in W10 explorer under "this PC > network locations > ReadyNAS 424 (icon), the old default shares...

    The additional folders are just media types.  For instance if you put a video into the media share, it will also shown if you click on the video "folder".  If you happen to put a video into your "audio" folder, then it will also be shown in the "video" folder.

    I would disable it. You can always re-enable it if you find a reason for it.

     

    In general, I suggest disabling all services you don't need via the system->settings menu.
