WARNING: Hardware Compatibility List has non-compatible models on it

I would have happily researched other drives had I know there was misleading infromaton on the compatibility.
As for the newer trays....I asked the Chat Support tech if there were new trays or inserts, and he said they are all the same as mine and have not been changed. It was the first he had heard that there were drives that have different mounting location.

Maybe he needs to get out more.
They were changed about a year ago when the RN526x and RN626x were launched.

I got nowhere with support. I have given up and will risk it with my current trays. I just posted my plan for upgrading capacity in another post and would appreciate your insight.
