Hi Thanks for replying so quickly. I have just checked and there was an update available. I thought I checked recently, but now I have now updated to 5.3.6 and still have problems with my WD drive. When I connected it to one of the rear USB ports, I got the "USB DISK CONNECT" message on the front of the unit, but the drive does not appear in the dashboard, or in Finder on my Mac. The same is true of the front USB port.
I have also noticed that ReadyNAS Remote has disappeared (although ReadyNAS Photos II has been updated) and no longer appears on the installed or available tabs?
