WD Red Pro WD2002FFSX 2TB on ReadyNAS 3200

    Yes, they are compatible.  WD even suggests them for NASes up to 16 bays,  You will get 18TB with a 12 drive volume with dual redundancy RAID6 (XRAID or not) or with 2 x 6 drive Raid 5 volumes.  If you are running RAIDiator 4.2.x, you cannot grow the volume to that size, you have to factory default with the drives in place.  For that reason, you may want to consider updating to OS6, for which you also need to factory default.  With OS6, you could later upgrade the first 4 drives to grow an XRAID volume.
