WD RED WD30EFRX not supported in the ReadyNAS 516?
Why on earth are the 1 and 2 TB versions of the RED supported, but not the 3 TB? The 3TB runs in the Pro 6, what makes them unstable in the 516? Thanks.Peet

Or perhaps Netgear could post reasons why ANY drive that meets the relevant standards isn't compatible... I don't remember any MOBO coming with a HCL.
Isn't that what standards are for???? Let's face it, it's impossible for any company to test every drive/size/firmware combination. They would better spend their time documenting incompatibilities they know about instead of hiding them!
