WD sent a non-HCL replacement for my dead WD20EARS
Hey forum. One of my 3 2TB WD Green (WD20EARS) disks failed and I RMA'd it. I know the EARS models are obsolete in favor of the EARX models. However, WD sent me a 3TB WD30EZRX in place of my dead 2TB....
3TB disks are incompatible with the NV+ (v1). Buy a WD20EFRX disk.
