I don't have the funds right now. I also live in an apartment on the 2nd floor so the basement is out of the question. Today the weather temperature reached 34 and this issue occured multiple times. When the NAS has been cooled enough, the fan speed goes normal again. The whole procedure takes about 2-3 minutes, from speeding up and back to normal. I have to switch the NAS off during the night because i can hear it from another room. I think i'm going to replace the disks.
