WD60EFRX WD red in Ultra4+ ?
Time to upgrade my trusty old Ultra4+. ATM its running 4TB red disks and im eyeing the new WD60EFRX. But there seems to be a total lack of info on compatibility from Netgear. Surelly they have a fe...
1. Latest as we speak (or write =), 4.2.26
2. Yup XRAID2, i like the flexibility of it.
And yes i know about the expand bug =/.
If i can get some sort of confirmation that the 6tb disks will work in my NAS i dont mind a reset to be able to use them tho.
If not im pretty sure my next NAS wont be a netgear =/.
I really dont like that i feel forced to upgrade to get an up-to-date compatibility list.
Especially since what i get now for the price i payed 3 years ago is (performance wise) pretty much the same...
