Mea culpa; I absent-mindedly failed to realize that the 4200 was enterprise, vs the incredible consumer-level (though higher priced, but better quality) ReadyNAS units. Thus, my comment should only be considered for those with non-enterprise devices!

I have 3 Seagate LP 2TB 5900RPM ST32000542AS drives in my ReadyNAS Pro (along with 1 WD 1TB Green and 2 Seagate 1.5TB ST31500341AS).
The Seagate LP's are running nice & cool...
