I am disappointed in the production of NeatGear after this incident. The device cannot reset the buffer and boots for example without configuring RAID - this is a shame. You saw that a server after a RAID crash could not be restarted / disabled by a button or could not be loaded into the RAID controller management utility, and this is exactly what happened, the NAS button does not reboot or shut down and cannot be loaded into its software. I accepted the fact that I had already lost my data, since they were not very important there, I began to rearrange the disks to other connectors, but this did not help, I tried to leave only 1 disk, it also did not help. Only the method helped: leave one disk, wait until it reaches the place where it hangs and stops and connect the second disk, as a result, it started further buffering and could boot to the end. I found the following error inside the journal: "The volume RAID1-0 encountered an error and was made read-only. It is recommended to backup your data". After that I went to the "Tom" section and saw several Tomoms created by the machine due to rearranging the disks, started deleting the created volumes, and then I faced the fact that he does not want to delete from the end of the list or from the middle, it was necessary to delete them from above . As a result, I simply rolled back to the factory settings, as he did not want to delete the last volume.

Hi again
It is hard to say what happened here without any insight into the state of NAS at the time. So, you did a factory default and the NAS is up and running again?

Yes, after resetting to factory settings, everything worked correctly, Tom re-created, created folders.
