Which 3TB HDD in RNDP6000-200EUS

Hi,

after the decision to buy a Readynas RNDP6000-200EUS to replace my old NV+ unit another decision has to be made.

What HDD's should I buy for the new unit? I want to use 3TB disks. Yes I know that there is the HCL-List. I may prefer an enterprise class disk before the consumer models.

But which drive is the best for use without any major problems? (the HCL states different firmware versions to use for some drives for proper working). What about heat production of the drives? Which one produces less heat?

Could someone give me a hint which drive to buy because of experience /research with a specific in use in his ReadyNas Pro6 system?

The new Pro6 will get the main storage system and the old NV+ should work as backup system.
