Why has two RJ45 ? Thank you very much for helping my questions :)

You can connect the NAS to two different networks.
Also, if you have a lot of users you can benefit from combining the two ethernet connections on a single network. The RN104 isn't fast enough to see much speed increase though, and the most common method of combining (LACP) requires a managed ethernet switch. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Link_aggregation.
My advice is to just use one connection.
