Somehow i also believe that this was my first and last netgear ready nas, hardware feels solid but software wise the readynas remote for ios is slow, lately i cant see the shares at all. In other words yo have to be a computer geek to set it up with endless usernames and passwords and not to mention that most files are not supported by the app so i cant download anything and open it. I have to use third party apps to view certain types of files. The worst one is that i cant transfer a single file from one nas to a pc, i have to create a backup and backup the whole share, unless i download it which takes a lot of time. Oh, one last thing, why are "folders" called shares??
