Hi Duo V2 Since upgrading to 5.3.6 users have been unable to access log into the NAS via ReadyNAS remote. I get "ReadyNAS Remote Online - Andy Asker" but it never actually connects to the serve...
Yes as mentioned above open the Dashboard, click Configure and go to System > Settings > Remote Access.
If you are having problems with Remote on 5.3.6 and can't fix it open a support case and if they can't help try sending a PM to cap1.
