#19436397 5.3.6 ARM-Unable to use ReadyNAS remote
Hi Duo V2 Since upgrading to 5.3.6 users have been unable to access log into the NAS via ReadyNAS remote. I get "ReadyNAS Remote Online - Andy Asker" but it never actually connects to the serve...

Is the "OS reinstall" different from "updating the firmware 5.3.6"?
In theory they should do the same thing, but the "OS reinstall" does some different steps than a "firmware update".
This step should not be required, and we are looking in to a few angles to see what we can do to help prevent that step in the coming releases.
