Hi Duo V2 Since upgrading to 5.3.6 users have been unable to access log into the NAS via ReadyNAS remote. I get "ReadyNAS Remote Online - Andy Asker" but it never actually connects to the serve...
Guys - before I try an OS reinstall, can I please ask again if those that have done it, did you experience non-connection problems before and were they fixed? I have already done a firmware reinstall and this fixed the non-showing of the two icons for ReadyNas Remote and ReadyDrop. I no longer have this problem.
