#19436397 5.3.6 ARM-Unable to use ReadyNAS remote

So I'm massively frustrated and cannot seem to get ReadyNAS Remote working as well. The other very frustrating part is that all of the official support documentation I am finding is dated a couple years old, there is nothing explaining how to set up Remote on Raidiator 5.3.6. Very frustrating.
So I have a brand new ReadyNAS Duo v2. I have updated the firmware to 5.3.6. I have rebooted several times, but all that happens when I enable remote is the Internet Connection turns green and there is a red X to the right and says "Not Ready" There is a question mark if i mouse over it says "Could not attach device. Contact support." Umm thanks. An explanation would have been helpful, or at least some set up documentation somewhere would be helpful too. I cannot find anything.
Can anyone please help?
Thanks!
