Can't access the Nas Drive
Johnny, Is there anyone working at Egnyte support? Having a lot of issues and i was hoping it can get resolved. Currently i can't map the elc folder (but other shares will work just fine). Can on...
I also have the same problem. Followed the instructions on the egnyte site. Update to firmware 4.2.17, loaded the addon, created the local account and mapped them. Cannot map a drive to the egnyte share. What is the point of the forum if the information is not shared and getting referred to support? If there is a known solution, issue or anything else, it should obviously be posted one would think.
