This specific NASis it connected to a network that is connected to a network that has internet access? Have you tried on a different web browser and clearing cache or using different computer in activating the license?

It's on the same network that was just working with it online in Replicate before I wiped it.

Okay, finally got around to testing other computers, other browsers, etc. It's not on my end. Same error no matter where I try it from.

I tried another factory reset and it keeps failing with the same message. C'mon Netgear, I'm sitting here with a broken device because I defaulted it.
