Yes it will. However do note that support will still be able to tell that SSH has been enabled since the last factory reset and may deny support if you mucked things up using SSH.
Rather than disabling SSH it's better to set a strong password and to not expose port 22 (SSH port) on your NAS to the internet (i.e. don't port forward port 22 from your router to the NAS).
