How to access files now ready cloud service has stopped.
Hi. How do I access my file remotely or on my mobile (cell) now that the ReadyCLOUD service has stopped. I am not an expert so simple instructions would help. Thanks.

Hello Dean5838 ,
And welcome to the NETGEAR Community! 🙂
If you wish you can use the Resilio Sync app as an alternative to ReadyCLoud.
Have a lovely day,

Dean5838: I agree that this could be at least part of the solution for you. I've used Reslio Sync on my phone and ipad, but the app was not installed on the NAS. Instead I've run it on an always-on PC with NAS shares mapped to a drive letter. It supports photo backup for the phone (which is nice), and I also used it to copy music and videos from the NAS to the phone and tablet.
Although I didn't use the ReadyNAS Resilio Sync app, my understanding is that it is set up for only one share. Also, the Netgear version appears to be out of date (the Negear app is version 2.6, while the download from resilio.com is 2.7.3). If you want to install it on the NAS, you can get the most recent version for ReadyNAS from https://help.resilio.com/hc/en-us/articles/206179364-Netgear
Anyway, now I am using OpenVPN for general remote access. I also use plex for media (I do have a plex pass). That allows me to download media to the mobile device w/o needing to start the VPN. Resilio Sync is still running on the PC, but I haven't actually used it for some time.
