I can not do replicas NAS 516 2 Error -51

Hello , I 'm programming replica nas to nas and I get the following error:
I hope someone can help me

one of the nas I can not PowerOn the ReadyNAS Remote service and do not see the available internet and cloud services available
I hope someone can help me

    What version of ReadyNAS OS are you running on each unit?

    That error is telling you that a unit is offline. Have you tried rebooting the unit that is not connected to the cloud? Is that unit behind a corporate firewall or proxy?

    and restart the NAS when scheduling a task to replicate can see the 2 NAS

    but one of the NAS ReadyNAS Remote is disabled the service and I can not PowerOn and does not appear at the top of this active internet services but both appear anywhere NAS ReadyNAS Replicate

    When did you get these units?

    We have a major firmware update 6.2.0 with some fixes for some cloud issues coming soon.
  • The NAS from which I believe the replica is disabled the service and I can not PowerOn and does not appear at the top of this active internet services

    Are your network settings configured correctly on that NAS?
  • if dns NAS are the same, and the NAS remote works but the nas from where the replica shows no
