The front panel is definitive, so you have the original Duo (called v1 here).

Netgear messed up on the branding for the v2 back in 2011, which has created years of confusion for customers and Netgear support. Calling it something else (like Duo Plus) would have eliminated a lot of pain.
What you actually have is hardware revision 2 of the original Duo - just a small component change that does not affect the performance or features of the NAS.
