- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredCan you download your logs (On the Dashboard, click Configure, then select Health > Logs > Download Logs) and extract the contents of the zip file. In boot_info.log what does the ssh line look like?
Is it
ssh: 0
Or do you see a large number instead of the zero? - pimesonAspirantThe boot_info.log file is empty (!). Tried to redownload, and still empty.
The error I get in step 3 above (miswritten due to sleepiness) is "SSH access failed to be enabled due to an unknown error.". This is also in the system.old log file.

Successfully enabled root SSH access. The root password is now the same as your admin password.
Can you try to download the rootSSH addon on another computer? I think it might be just corrupted.
If not please open a ticket with support.
