ReadyNAS Duo V2 UI is corrupted

I moved and did not use my Duo V2 for awhile. I did a factory reset, the NAS works but the browser UI is missing lots of functions. Under Overview, Service Network and Volumes never show anything. It is impossible to serup anything under Security, I get Error Reporter Communication Error.

 

I have tried updating the software using the boot menu, and doing the factory reset a few times. 

 

Is there anything else I can do to restory the functionality? I hate to think it is just bricked now, or usable but unsecure.

    I overrode the certificate error in Chrome and it workes like magic. Thank you <3

      Thanks for the reply.

      Thus far only Safari, there is a certificate problem that I could override with Safari but haven't figured out how to override with Chrome.

      NET:ERR_CERT_INVALID
      I think there could be an issue with the time setting, the wizard was failing in the beginning and now I haven't been able to find the time setting.
