ReadyNAS Photo - No confirmation/activation email sent

Hi
Today I thought I would try out the ReadyNAS Photo addon. Problem is the first username I signed up with never received an activation email. When I tried sign again with the same username it refused to allow. I can't find an email address to send the details to so that this can be resolved as I want to keep that username. Please can someone either tell me who to contact or trigger the ReadyNAS Photo service to send out the activation email. :(

  • Hi, i am currently having the same problem. I tried with 2 different usernames and 2 different email addresses. Each time everything works - but I don't get an activation email. I have checked spam filters etc. Does anyone have any ideas?
  • The email address was netgear@tubig.co.uk but the ID was Kuya.Tubig
  • Currently I don't see any issues with emails. Hope you have received the confirmation email. In case you haven't , could you let me know the email address that you have tried to signup with?
