Minerva, thank you for your help. I followed your suggestion and restarted the application. Unfortunately, no luck. Just the same error. I shutdown and restarted the NAS also with no luck. Could it be a version related issue? I am running running Radiator 4.1.4, but am unsure of Photos version (couldn't find out what the verion is).
