HI, I am having the same issue, except of these differences:
1. Source device is "ReadyNAS NVX Business Edition - RNDX4410" running firmware: RAIDiator 4.2.27 (Replicate Version: 1.2.0 build R1)
2. Destination device (device I am trying to backup to): "ReadyNAS 314" running firmware: 6.2.2 (Replicate Version: 1.3.0 build R2)
Important note: both devices are on the same LAN and on the same subnet (one is 192.168.0.110 and other is 192.168.0.150)
My error is: "Connect error code: -51"

Thanks for the quick response!
I did do the connectivity troubleshoting steps as I mentioned. I am going to try to upgrade the firmware on the Destionation device running the 6.2.2 firmware to see if that helps.

Hello chalvorsonjr,
Yes, try updating both NAS' firmware too. Take note of the 6.4.2 firmware performance problem when AntiVirus is enabled. It's current workaround is disabling it, we are still waiting for the fix which I believe will be released soon.
You may also consider contacting support center as they can assist a remote connection on both NAS for checking what could be causing it.
