Hi TOUSASDOM,
This error code -50 pertains to a problem with communication between your NAS devices via ReadyNAS Replicate. Kindly check the ff. and see if it fixes the issue that you encountered.
- Check the Internet connectivity and service connectivity on both sides.
- For OS6 series NAS. ReadyNAS Remote should be enabled on both sides.
- For restrictive firewalls and more complex networks, consider setting up port forwarding.
- Remove Replicate user binding and re-add the NASes to the Replicate account. Then, recreate the backups. Use the “resume from…” option to avoid having to send all of the data again.
Kind regards,
BrianL

HI, I am having the same issue, except of these differences:
1. Source device is "ReadyNAS NVX Business Edition - RNDX4410" running firmware: RAIDiator 4.2.27 (Replicate Version: 1.2.0 build R1)
2. Destination device (device I am trying to backup to): "ReadyNAS 314" running firmware: 6.2.2 (Replicate Version: 1.3.0 build R2)
Important note: both devices are on the same LAN and on the same subnet (one is 192.168.0.110 and other is 192.168.0.150)
My error is: "Connect error code: -51"

JennC,
Thanks for the quick response!
I did do the connectivity troubleshoting steps as I mentioned. I am going to try to upgrade the firmware on the Destionation device running the 6.2.2 firmware to see if that helps.

Also, please note I did the following troubleshooting steps asyou recommeded in this post:
1. I validate the ReadyNAS Remote is enabled on both sides
2. I unbinded and rebinded both NAS devices to the replicate account
