'Ideal' would consist of not having to perform this workaround in the first place.
'Ideal solution' would be NetGear repairing the upgrade package ASAP so users don't have to install RNR, uninstall RNR to regain internet access, research, download 3rd party software, install RNR again with the 3rd party software, then still wait for a repaired upgrade to install at a later date anyway (to be sure we're actually getting an 'Upgrade').... getting my drift yet?
