I had a bit of problems with it at first too. Readynas remote makes it's own network adapter and my Windows classified that as a LAN-adapter. As a result the SecureW2 from my work decided it could drop the wireless connection since it now had a LAN connection and you see where that gets to be a problem... It also shut down my LAN connection btw, but I wasn't using that at that moment.
Uninstalling SecureW2 did the trick. I had to configure the wireless manually afterwards, but everything is working now.
