Recommendation for auto torrent downloading

Hi, hope someone can point me in the right direction if this is possible.

Running NV+ v2 with latest firmware.

My initial setup was using Media Center Master on my laptop, which monitors for new tv episodes in a series, downloads the torrent to utorrent, renames and then moves to the correct folder on my ReadyNAS.

Now I am trying to move it all to my ReadyNAS. So far, I have set up transmission to download the torrent, and MediaBrowser (which displays my tv/movies in a nice interface), which renames and moves the videos for me.
What I am looking for now, is an add-on that will monitor my tv shows for new episodes and download the torrent file for me.
I have looked at sickbeard, but their support for torrents is poor...only torrent source I can really use through them is eztv, but that isn't working properly. Tried showfeed, but it doesn't list some of my shows.

Ideally, I would like to be able to choose what torrent sites to check, but that is not a priority

Can anyone recommend any other options?
