Replicate and genie

Hi,

I am trying to use replicate but I am getting very frustrated. I have 2 NV+ v2 boxes and I have downloaded the app from the genie site. On one nas it appears as a genie app but not on the dashboard, and it will not start, on the other it does not appear in genie does appear on the dashboard, will start but keeps telling me it is behind a proxy which it is not.

To make things even more complicated if I restart the NAS then sometime replicate will appear as an add-on, sometimes as a genie app, but it will either never start or get the registration details.

I am really lost, this should be download and start, it should not be this complicated of flaky.
