    Hello macmanleeleap,

I have some questions to ask, I have summarize them below.

    • What is the model number of the ReadyNAS units?
    • What is the firmware version of each unit?
    • You mentioned, you now have one unit offsite, does that mean you moved one of the units to another network?

    Regards,

Cannot tell you model numbers are they are both away from my location, from what I can gather that doesn't affect them too much though.

Both running latest 6.xx firmware, again not sure of numbers but the latest one that was out about a week ago. Sory for being so vague as both units are away from my location.

        Hello macmanleeleap,

You may need to have someone to be able to get to the admin page of the two NAS units. This is to check if the source and destination are reachable through the Internet, their firmware version.
