RND 4250 remote access

I hope all is well your way. I have a problem with readynas remote. It worked fine for a good while. I don't know why it has stopped. I will try to give as much information as possible. My readynas is an RND4250 running RAIDiator 4.1.13. Remote is turned on, all user info is correct. I have Roadrunner internet from Time Warner Cable. DNS settings match what I get from ipconfig/all. My router is a Linksys WRT160Nv2. Remote addon version, v1.0.9.78. I can connect with readynas remote PC and ReadyCloud Android, while on LAN, but not over internet. I log in, it shows the device, but shows it offline. I thought PC antivirus or firewall was blocking it, I turned those off and still nothing.

- I got on chat with Netgear. I think we got it fixed, it seems to be working from the app on my Android phone. I will check with a remote computer tomorrow to be sure.
I had the DNS setting wrong. I had the settings from c:/ipconfig/all. Changed DNS to the static LAN ip of the device 192.168.1.149. Changed DNS2 and DNS3 to values she gave me.
