If the NAS and the backup server are on the same network, you can use a group of frontview backup jobs.
For instance, one backup job for each shared folder, and one backup job for the "home" directories. It is harder to restore the "home" directories, because there is no one-step recovery mode. You can restore them, it is just annoying because there are multiple steps.
