- pkasTutorOk, thanks!
- gibxxiGuideIf you want to start from fresh you can uninstall and select "no" to let it remove the existing configuration data when asked. If you believe the app is malfunctioning, but can't pin it down to installation files, or config - this would be the route to take. But you will have to set it up again from scratch.
Otherwise, just install over the top of the existing one. - xsspeed03Aspirant@PKAS
I tried your solution here: viewtopic.php?f=36&t=64131#p370277
It seemed to work for a couple of weeks, but now Subsonic is stopping again. I verified the modified per your solution and it still has the added lines. So I'm not sure why Subsonic is not auto-restarting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm on Subsonic 4.7.04. - xsspeed03AspirantNo one???
- pkasTutorHi -- sorry for the delay in responding. If things are still not working, let me know. In fact, if things are not working, please ssh into the ReadyNAS and type the following:
ps aux | grep onic
Paste the results in a reply -- we can start from there.
pkas - xsspeed03AspirantNo problem pkas. Thanks for the reply and the link. It seems to work. I wonder if there's a way to get the checkbox in frontview to be checked.
Here's the link for other readers: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=50677&start=15#p324188 - xsspeed03AspirantOkay, I thought it fixed it. But it's still not working. However, running the subcheck.sh manually works.
I edited /etc/crontab. I added the following line.5,20,35,50 * * * * root /home/admin/subcheck.sh
I checked /var/log/cron.log. The script appears to be running every 15 minutes.
Any ideas?
Update: This has been fixed. The solution was to add /bin/sh to the cron job.
Like this:5,20,35,50 * * * * root /bin/sh /home/admin/subcheck.sh
