Have you ACTUALLY DONE this?
I'm quite careful with playing around with the network settings on the NAS. I don't want to lose the access to it...
I currently have a setting of 802.3ad with jumbo frames which is the fastest you can get (as far as I know).
I'm quite dependent on a fast connection to the NAS since I work a lot with pictures on my desktop (I also have a card installed with two 1GB entries which I'm bundling on the desktop end).
Is there anybody out there who has done such a configuration exercise directly on the NAS?
