Twonky serial number failed
Hi, I have a ReadyNas NV+ and recently replaced all the disks but I'm now getting asked for a Twonky serial number which previously already entered for me.
I can't find any contact info for Twonky - does any have any ideas?

Hello DRCB,
Twonky is an add-on and all data and settings are saved to the disks. You should have a copy of this SN, or you can contact Twonky support to ask if there is a way to retrieve SN that you have used with your Twonky account.

All the disks had failed over its uptime so I have no backup of anything.
When I originally started using it, it never asked me to register any account with twonky, the addon was already installed and just worked so I never paid much attention to it until now after having replaced all disks and having to manually reinstall the add on.
I emailed Twonky weeks ago and had no reply but ill try again.

Hello DRCB,
I understand the frustration, however it has something with the Twonky settings that has been created by a third party author. What's best you can do is wait for them to respond. Sorry about this.
