10 minutes to boot

Is it normal that after a complete power down (flip power switch on the back) it can take up to 10 minutes before my ReadyNas Pro Pioneer begins booting? Basically I shutdown to replace a loose dri...

I'd probably contact support. It shouldn't be acting that way.
