Did you update from 6.2.x to 6.5.2 as the Release Notes communicates is necessary before updating to 6.9.1?
- bjcoolDec 04, 2017AspirantHi mdgm,
Thanks for your reply. I read the notes and what i think, i remember is that mine originally was on 6.2.2 and notes said if its below 6.2.1, you'll need to do that right. But if 6.2.2, you can upgrade automatically. When i did do the firmware upgrade, it upgraded it to a firmware (can't remember which one is was) automatically, then rebooted, then another firmware upgrade to 6.9.1. If i was suppose to upgrade the firmware manually to 6.5.2, then i didn't do it.... =(....does this mean I've stuffed up my readynas....is there a fix for that....??? Now im so stressed.... =( =(=( - bjcoolDec 04, 2017Aspirant

I was suppose to update to either 6.2.5 or 6.3.5 then to 6.5.2 but I didn't. Does this mean I will have to back up the 3.63 TB of data to an external hard drive, then do a factory /reset to fix this issue I'm having?
