1100 failed after 4.1.10 upgrade
My 1100 is no more.. It was ok after the 4.1.10 upgrade, but after it was powered off and back on the next day I get the disk1 led - RAIDiator image does not match NAS platform error. It isn't ...

You have removed the USB key?
The firmware image is encrypted but the NAS can decrypt it to boot etc.
You could use Rawrite or NTRawrite to write http://www.readynas.com/download/RAIDiator/RAIDiator-4.1.10 to the USB key.
If the USB key has failed you could replace it with another (would need to be at least 64MB in capacity but best to get one at least 128MB in capacity).
When did you purchase this 1100? If purchased on/after Aug 21, 2007 it would have come with a 5 year warranty.
